1. Introduction
Welcome to Skincraft by Cosmetic Nurse Jess. By accessing our clinic services, website, or booking platform, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia and relevant Commonwealth legislation.
2. Medical Consultation & Disclosure

All clients must undergo a professional consultation prior to treatment.

You must provide accurate and complete medical information, including current medications, allergies, and relevant health conditions.

It is your responsibility to inform the clinic of any changes to your health status before each treatment session.

Treatments are subject to practitioner assessment, and we reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically or ethically unsuitable.
3. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older for Medical Aesthetic treatments
-
ID may be required to verify age in compliance with Australian regulations.
4. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in the loss of your deposit.

More than two ‘no-shows’ may result in refusal of future bookings

A two week follow up will be scheduled post Aesthetic treatments. If an antiwrinkle top up is required, up to 10 units will be free of charge but additional after this will incur a fee.

NO free top ups will be done beyond 2 weeks under any circumstances

Antiwrinkle appointments are charged per area. We are not selling you a medication, however providing a personalised treatment and have undergone extensive study to do so.

Aesthetic appointments (filler, antiwrinkle, biostimulator and skin boosters) incur a $30 scripting fee once every 12 months. Please ensure you do not have any overseas travel booked within 2 weeks of filler appointments. Please be aware that bruising and swelling are common side effects, so avoid booking such appointments prior to important or social engagements. 5. Fees and Payment

Prices are subject to change at any time. Treatment fees will be confirmed at the time of consultation or booking and you are under no obligation to proceed.

Full payment is required on the day of treatment.

We accept EFTPOS, credit/debit cards, Memberships and Afterpay. Afterpay will attract a 5% surcharge
6. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law
No refunds will be issued for change of mind, personal dissatisfaction with results, or non-compliance with post-treatment care.
Refunds on prepaid treatment packages are subject to review and may be offered as credit toward other services.
Refunds on skincare or retail products are only issued if the product is unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days with a valid receipt, unless faulty.
7. Treatment Expectations and Risks

Results may vary depending on individual factors such as age, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.

We do not guarantee specific results for any procedure or service.

All risks, potential side effects, and post-treatment care will be discussed during consultation and require written informed consent.

Clients are expected to follow pre- and post-treatment instructions to avoid complications.
8. Liability

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and efficacy of our treatments, we are not liable for adverse reactions or unexpected outcomes unless directly caused by negligence.

You agree to release Skincraft by Cosmetic Nurse Jess, its employees, and contractors from any liability except where required by law.
9. Privacy & Confidentiality

We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

Your personal and medical information is collected for the purposes of providing safe and effective treatment and is stored securely.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, unless legally required to do so.
10. Photos and Marketing

Before-and-after photos may be taken for clinical records.

With your consent, we may use anonymised images for marketing or educational purposes.
11. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:

Refuse service if we believe treatment is not in your best medical or ethical interest.

Decline treatment if you display abusive, inappropriate, threatening or when clinician feels uncomfortable for any reason.

Discontinue treatments if there is non-compliance with clinic policies or medical advice.
12. Promotions and Vouchers

Promotional offers are time-limited and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.

Referral Credit may only be used on full price services
-
Packages that are discounted must be used within 2 years from date of purchase. They are nonrefundable or transferrable. Packages must be paid upfront and do not qualify for a loyalty card stamp.

Loyalty card offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time. Loyalty cards in progress will be honoured to completion.

To qualify for a Loyalty Card stamp, a minimum of $300 must be spent in the one visit and must have left a google review. Discounts can be used on ALL products and services but excludes packages. $500 credit expires after 3 months

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash. Expiry terms apply as per South Australian regulations (minimum 3 years validity).

Frozen Fridays is a discount day where by 10% discount is applied when purchasing 3 areas of antiwrinkle. Three areas include frown, forehead and crow’s-feet with brow lift. Please be aware 2 week top ups will not be free of charge if treatment is received on a discount day, so if you are a first-time client please be aware of this as I am not yet familiar with your unique face.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia.
