Booking & Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved specifically for you, and this policy ensures fairness for all clients.

A booking fee of $50–$100 is required to secure your appointment, which is redeemable towards your treatment on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or changes made within 12 hours of your appointment will result in the booking fee being forfeited.
